Born and raised in Manhattan, Pat attended Georgetown Visitation and George Washington University in Washington, D.C. where she received her Bachelor’s Degree. An avid New Yorker, it was quite an adventure to be stationed in New London, Oahu, Idaho Falls, Key West, Charleston and then to New Haven where her husband, a USNA grad, attended law school.
Pat’s first profession was an elementary school teacher. After moving to Scarsdale in 1973 she attended The New York School of Interior Design,honing her skills to help her clients visualize the great possibilities of properties. Pat has experience with renovation and understands buyers, and can help buyers who want to buy an older home and bring it up to date making it their own. At the same time, she also is aware of the busy lifestyle most people have and their need to have a “move in home”. These people can depend on Pat to find them quality construction.

This is Pat’s educator’s approach to real estate. Pat and her husband, Wayne, have always taken advantage of all that Westchester County has to offer, while doing the same with Pat’s favorite City! It was a pleasure raising their two sons in Scarsdale. One is a Family Practice physician in Burlington, Vt.; the other is with a hedge fund in Darien, Ct..
Pat is a full time broker but does have many interests. On the top of Pat and Wayne’s list is spending time with their family that includes six young grandchildren. Pat’s interests include everything for the home including art,furnishings, the latest innovative products, the Green Initiative, technology, entertaining, gardening and cooking. Although she is very committed to bringing the freshest, purist ingredients to cook at home, she is usually up on all the best restaurants in Westchester and NYC. Pat enjoys traveling, attending cultural events- especially The New York Philharmonic, visiting museums and keeping fit. Both Pat and Wayne have a long history of volunteer service in the community. Scarsdale is a community that encourages volunteerism. If you buy a house from Pat, she will introduce you to the local organizations if you wish; that will be a way for you to meet many new friends and neighbors.
